Jungle Fever

In terms of rings, earrings and other shiny jewels, “the bigger the better” is my personal motto. I have always had a preference for costume jewelry over dainty diamond numbers and believe one statement accessory can transform your entire look.

Ryan Kearney, photographer, actor, clothing and jewelry designer, lives and works in New York. Five years ago, Kearney took his father's middle name, Gerard, and mother's maiden name, Tully, and launched Gerard Tully. Since then, his animal collection has garnered much press and hype – and for good reason. Each piece is handcrafted in sterling silver, 18k gold plated, and includes either one or two black diamond eyes. The quality of his work is well worth the requisite price tag.

High profile stockists such as Colette in Paris, Comme des Garcons, and Barney’s have carried his collection. In Houston, you can find his large rings at Sloan/Hall. They will bring out your animal instinct, I promise.
