R.E.M. announced new tour with The National and Modest Mouse. Unfortunately they aren't coming to Texas, but R.E.M. will warm up for the run with a showcase set March 12 at Stubb's Bar-B-Q in Austin during SXSW.2008 Tour Dates [for everyone else outside of The Lone Star State]...
