- I was destined to be a part of the creative world—between my early obsession with Fashion Plates and declaration at a young age that Jem was more hip than Barbie, it was just a matter of time until my fondness for design became a career. A Louisiana native, I moved to New York and led the wholesale divisions for Hollywould and Jill Stuart, as well as designed with couturier Ralph Rucci. With my husband and our furry daughter, Burkly Deluxe, we embarked on a few years of overseas adventures in Malaysia. We are now back Stateside “Inside the Loop” in Houston, Texas.

i'm flattered! to think i'm right there next to your feature on Kate Spade!? we finished up more of the office this weekend - hung shelves, curtaings over tub etc... i'll have to update some pictures when my framing gets back! :)
thanks courtney! and my sweet husband and his redfish, it was the sunset that got that picture featured - not the size of the fish. he has caught marlin, 100 lb groupers, so on and so forth! :)
