While most people admire the pretty houses and perfect yards in their 'hood, I have a thing for fences. I always manage to meander past my favorite walls no matter which bike route we take.
I love how my partner in crime managed to cruise his way into this pic...
I can relate to this, big time. I would like nothing more than to tear down our perfectly good wood fence and replace with a brick one.it's only money.
Couldn't agree more with the fence fetish-- please let me recommend the couple of blocks on both Milford and Banks, between Montrose and Mandell. A gift, from one Cancer to another.
that second fence is the one I spied in your hood on our way to pick the RV... loved how the rounded part was solid and the rest of it was louvered. JJ you are such a stud muffin. Court, what the crap have you been doing since I went to cheerlead the birth of my nephew: BLOGGIN!? All these posts, so many blogs, so little time. Your #1.
The husband is totally sporting a kick ass bike. That was his 30th birthday gift from me and it's a stretch cruiser...it's like 8 feet long and I pimped it out with the most ridiculous accessories (including Viva la Mexico valve caps, chrome pedals, a celtic cross rear view mirror and a swinging insulated cup holder.) One day he'll most likely be jumped for that bike.
E: He is a stud muffin isn't he. I love how the pic looks like he's going 90 to nothing. Note: the bike has ONE speed. It's slow as molasses. And thanks for the #1 roar. I like that!
I was destined to be a part of the creative world—between my early obsession with Fashion Plates and declaration at a young age that Jem was more hip than Barbie, it was just a matter of time until my fondness for design became a career. A Louisiana native, I moved to New York and led the wholesale divisions for Hollywould and Jill Stuart, as well as designed with couturier Ralph Rucci. With my husband and our furry daughter, Burkly Deluxe, we embarked on a few years of overseas adventures in Malaysia. We are now back Stateside “Inside the Loop” in Houston, Texas.

Neohoutoo: I'll be sure to check these out. Thanks for the insider info...we love cruising through Montrose. Always so much action!
The husband appears to be sporting a seriously cool bike. Love those fences!
