Give A Little Bit

Know someone who'd love to wake up to a Maroon 5 signed guitar on Christmas morning? How about custom screen-printed invitations for your friend's housewarming gift or a Petite Bateau onesie for that new Mom?

If none of these fit your bill, rest assured you will find something in the 300+ opportunities that bloggers have organized to benefit the lovely Stephanie Nielson and her husband, Christian. A recent plane crash left them severely burned and proceeds from all auction sales will go to the Nie Nie Recovery Fund.

Most importantly, please pray for Stephanie and Christian, their family, gorgeous children and their hopeful recovery.

Oh my goodness. I read about this on another blog. I wasn't familiar w/ Stephanie's blog before, but I will be praying for her and her family.

This is SOOO sad! I am so sorry and will keep them in my prayers and visit the blog-benefit!!! The Jacomini family here in Houston were some of my and my kids close friends... you may have read/heard about their fatal plane crash in Colorado 2 weeks ago. Thank God the kids were not on this flight!!! Let's all stay off small private planes- especially mothers and fathers. God bless them all!

My heart just aches for their children and their family. If you go to Design Mom, you can see the whole list of auctions. There is a great stuff and it's guilt free shopping.

Also, go to her blog archives and read the September 15, 2005 entry. Scroll down to read the list she created "I am proud of.....". What an awesome girl!!!

This is such a tragedy, Courtney. I cannot imagine, but it sounds like these folks have a lot of faith and God will see them through this I know. I will definately be praying for them and those precious children!

Hope your hubby is back!

Best Regards,
Lee
