Dirty Work

In 2005, photographer and friend Will Steacy documented abandoned buildings throughout America. I'm absolutely in love with the oversized windows and great industrial bones of this Philadelphia office.

I love old buildings and their structure! I would love to live in an old barn and schoolhouse. There is an old building I keep my eye on in town. It was the old cheese factory and now has been made into a couple of apartments. It needs work and I dream of getting my hands on it. In the meantime I would love to get my hand on the time card holder in the photos!!
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas!!

How great to see! I live in Philadelphia and we have the most amazing old buildings, many of them inexplicably abandoned. It's such an underrated city with so many hidden treasures. Thanks for showcasing it a bit!

What an incredible space! I love the rawness of old, abandoned buildings and find myself wishing they would tell me their stories.
