Lasting Impression

Australian Dave Curtis slowed his camera's shutter speed and added deliberate vertical motion. These photographs of trees and flowers at sunset remind me of Impressionist paintings or even quick shots of ikat.

Love that! I took a similar photograph once of Christmas tree lights, and it turned out great.
