With my husband and our furry daughter, Burkly Deluxe, we embarked on a few years of overseas adventures in Malaysia. We are now back Stateside “Inside the Loop” in Houston, Texas.

This umbrella looks like if you turned it upside down and snapped a seat on it you could ride it away once the sun comes back out....sorta like a big wheels :)
Seems like that umbrella would be bound to make the people you pass smile or at least take a second glance! Too cute. And J's idea sounds like it'd be quite a nifty invention!
