Despite the fact that Lucky made it appear I was lusting after that furry Express jacket, this trench is more along the lines of how I'd wear an animal-ish print. Smart, clean and just enough edge for my liking, all in true Phillip Lim form.
HA! That comment made me laugh, Mrs. Blandings!! Well, let's just say I wasn't a fan of the coat (or a few of the other items), but in all honesty when I saw this coat all I could think of was "Now THIS is how I love an animal print!"
I was destined to be a part of the creative world—between my early obsession with Fashion Plates and declaration at a young age that Jem was more hip than Barbie, it was just a matter of time until my fondness for design became a career. A Louisiana native, I moved to New York and led the wholesale divisions for Hollywould and Jill Stuart, as well as designed with couturier Ralph Rucci. With my husband and our furry daughter, Burkly Deluxe, we embarked on a few years of overseas adventures in Malaysia. We are now back Stateside “Inside the Loop” in Houston, Texas.

this really is adorable and i love the contrast of that sequined dress!
Love it. And that tiny little bit of left-over bitterness, too.

Cool trench one can never have too many!
That coat is awesome! And if you get it, you should pick up the dress too. They go together perfectly!
That article from Lucky was great Courtney! I agree with you on the jacket and I love your style!
