Head to Toe(nail)

J.Crew has partnered with polish guru Essie to release two special edition colors for Fall '09. So if you're looking to nail the Prepster turned Laissez-faire aesthetic we've grown to love from creative director Jenna Lyons, consider yourself now covered from head to toe. Eternal Optimist, a soft ballerina pink, and One of A Kind, a fiery orange-red that glosses the models' tips throughout the latest catalog, can both be found in stores and online.

I love the light pink and that is sooo not me.

I love that JC is branching out and doing different products. I mean, if somebody has to take over the world, it should be JCrew and not WalMart. ;)

I shouldn't be as excited about this as I am but oh, well. I've been thinking about that orange polish since my catalog came last week!

Love One of a Kind...I also love their new partnership...it's so unusual to see a retail store pair with a major cosmetics company...especially on something so specific such as nail colors. The start of a revolution?

Love it! Thanks for the tip! I've been trying to stay out of J.Crew lately, because it always gets me in trouble. But I will be heading out there tomorrow to pick up these two great colors. I think that will just get my week off to a happy start!

I bought the "mini shorts" from the spring catalogue and it would honestly be best paired with full camo and a 12-gauge. I also love it. Will have to check these out too.. thanks for finding out the names...
